Family Counselling

Family counselling is the counselling that is directed towards family issues and problems. It helps families to understand and cope better with the stresses and strains of family life. It helps the whole family by helping everyone to say how they are feeling. It can help in reducing conflict which means fewer rows at home and can help.

Child Counselling

Child and adolescent counselling actively involves the family as one unit, keeping in mind the indivisual needs of the child/adolescent.

Couple Counselling

Couple counselling deals with the married as well as unmarried couples. It can help the couples to recognize and address the destructive patterns of relating; conflict and communication can be improved; new relation skills can be learned; impact of change and loss can be examined; relationships can become more successful.

Parent Counselling

Parent counselling deals with the problems of the parents with their kids; but during these sessions only parents are called. It is a brief process, however they are welcome to come as long as they want to in order to resolve all heir issues and receive on going support for any aspect of their family life.

Tele-Counseling / Net Counseling

If you are not being able to come for the counseling /therapies physically due to any reasons, you may still avail the services with the help of the technologies; either through telephonic sessions and through e-mails/chat.
